I would say go to your local party supply store, but if you don't have one nearby, look on the internet. try amazon.com too. You can find almost anything on the internet just googling. I really wanted some candy cigs and I found them on amazon.com! I'm sure you can find the costume, wish you well.
I think they still have them around.... It would have been easier to find during Halloween. Wait until next year.
