There is no real way to mask your IP Address most online proxy servers are fakes the same as it normal is but if it's P2P or something your doing peergurdian and block anti-P2P Company by blocking there IP's. Hope this helps
Google search mask my ip and choose one of those sites. Or use an anonymous proxy site.
