Sitting up with thicker plaster so you don't need to use straws to breath. Add burlap or gaze to strengthen the plaster. Yes KY works well. Lots on the eyebrows and don't forget the eyelashes. Plastic wrap on the hair helps, but keep some scissors handy just in case.
