goo gone, or a little bit of wd 40 on a paper towel gently rubbing then imediatly,soap and water. I know they don't even reccomend windex but you got to do what you got to do.How to get masking tape residue off tinted car windows with out scratching it?
First, you should use the quick release masking tape.


If you have left the cheap tape on the car, on the chrome, windows, etc for months, it is hard to get off. If you have a pressure washer, esp a hot one, the tape will come right off.


That is what I use for the cars and machinery that I do every day.


If you get the tape soft - like real wet, you can get the top part off and use scrubber and maybe a little lacquer thinner to get the glue off
