I need help with making a solution to cast masks.?

I need to make a cheap solution that can be poured into a mould and that dries quickly. Once dry it needs to be smooth, lightweight, and able to be dropped without shattering--something like a cross between glue, plaster of pais and paper-mache. Any suggestions?I need help with making a solution to cast masks.?
Paper mache would probably shatter. If you're looking for something a little stronger, fiberglass should work well. You can find a fiberglass patch kit at an automotive store that includes fiberglass strips and resin. It is somewhat trickier to lay up than paper mache but it should be just as smooth and much stronger and lighter. The mold would be exactly the same as paper mache (lay up on the outside), just make sure you put a layer of plastic wrap between the fiberglass and the mold and spray the plastic wrap with silicone spray lube before putting the fiberglass onto it so it comes apart once it's dry.

If you truly want to pour it in, your best bet may be to pour in an acrylic resin but you may have some trouble getting it to fill completely and to clean up completely.I need help with making a solution to cast masks.?
